Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Integration Services

PAAPOY LLC provides psychotherapy integration and preparation services related to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). PAAPOY LLC does not prescribe, administer, or dispense ketamine or any other controlled substance. Ketamine is prescribed and administered solely by independently licensed medical providers who are not employees or agents of PAAPOY LLC.

PAAPOY LLC is not responsible for the medical decisions, prescribing practices, or clinical outcomes of any prescribing provider. Clients participating in KAP-related services must maintain an independent relationship with their prescribing provider and are responsible for all medical decisions related to ketamine use.

Life Strategy Sessions (Non-Clinical)

Life strategy sessions are non-clinical consulting services. They do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Life strategy sessions are not covered by health insurance and are not subject to the same regulatory frameworks as licensed clinical services.

Appointments are scheduled through the designated scheduling platform or as otherwise arranged with your provider. You are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions on time.

PAAPOY LLC reserves the right to modify its cancellation and no-show policies at any time. Current policies will be communicated during the intake process and updated as needed.

Service fees vary by session type, duration, and service category. Current fee information is available upon request and will be discussed during the intake process.

PAAPOY LLC accepts insurance through its network partnership for eligible clients and plans. Insurance coverage, copays, and reimbursement amounts are determined by your individual insurance plan and are subject to change. PAAPOY LLC does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement for any service.

Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement may be provided when clinically appropriate and when permitted by your insurance plan. Out-of-network reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Private pay options are available for all services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available based on clinical capacity.

PAAPOY LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and New York State Mental Hygiene Law.

Confidentiality is subject to the following legally mandated exceptions:

• Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult
• A valid court order or other legal mandate
• Other exceptions as required by applicable law

Detailed confidentiality policies and limitations will be reviewed during the informed consent process prior to the commencement of clinical services.

• Telehealth involves inherent risks, including potential technology failures, reduced ability to respond to emergencies, and limitations in non-verbal communication
• You must be physically located in New York State at the time of each clinical session

Telehealth is not appropriate for all clinical situations. PAAPOY LLC reserves the right to determine whether telehealth is clinically appropriate for your care.
